Treatment-related permits issued according to the treatment duration.
Health insurance not required for publicly-covered treatments.
Judicial or Administrative Authorities:
Permit duration based on the authorities' decision or request.
Transfer from Family Residence Permit:
Allowance for family permit holders to transfer.
Turkish Language Course:
Maximum two permits for language courses, duration aligned with the course.
Public Agency Programs:
Permit duration cannot exceed a year, and health insurance is not mandatory for publicly-covered expenses.
Post-Graduation Application:
One-time permit for graduates applying within six months.
Investors and Dependents:
Permits for investors and their dependents, valid for up to five years.
Citizens of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus:
Five-year permits for citizens of Northern Cyprus.
